At ElroiRevelation, we strive to provide high-quality clothing and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned.

Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Email Us First: Before sending your item back, please email us here with your order number, a copy of your receipt, and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with the return address.

Ship the Item Back: After receiving the return address, securely package and send it back using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Processing Your Return: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us again.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email, and we will provide you with the return or exchange shipping address and location.

If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
